Do you want to make a return or exchange a size?
- The first size change on orders from mainland Spain is free, except for products purchased during the Sales season, products from the Outlet section, products purchased during Black Friday, or discounted products purchased during a promotion, in these cases the size change will cost €5.95.
- If the total return of the products is made, it will cost €3. - It is necessary that it be returned in its original box, the packages will be returned in the same packaging as it was sent.
- Returns cannot be made if the item shows clear signs of being used, dirty or has hair on it. In these cases, the refund or size change will not be accepted.
