GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS
This contractual document will govern the contracting of products and services through the website www.limonchillonpets.com , property of LIMON CHILLON PETSUPPLIES, SC with CIF number J19989755, address at C/ AVENIDA CLUB DEPORTIVO Nº53, 26007, Logroño (La Rioja), with email limonchillonpets@gmail.com (hereinafter, the PROVIDER).
Acceptance of this document implies that the USER:
- You have read, understood and comprehend what is stated herein.
- A person with sufficient capacity to enter into contracts.
- Assume all obligations set forth herein.
These conditions will have an indefinite period of validity and will be applicable to all contracts made through the website www.mypugandco.com
PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship of sale between the PROVIDER and the USER.
1. GENERAL CONTRACTING CLAUSES
Unless otherwise stipulated in writing, placing an order with the PROVIDER shall imply acceptance by the USER of these legal conditions.
No stipulation made by the USER may differ from those of the PROVIDER if it has not been expressly accepted in advance and in writing by the PROVIDER.
These Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Legal Notice of the Website, are the only conditions applicable to the use of the Website and the purchase of products through it and replace any other conditions.
Consequently, the User who accesses the Website and makes the purchase of products through the Website agrees to be subject to and bound by these Conditions, the Privacy Policy and Legal Notice as they are drafted at the time of accessing the Website.
Every User who registers on the Website must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
2. ORDER SHIPMENT
Shipments are made by courier service.
Shipping costs always include Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other taxes, fees, customs, tariffs or surcharges.
The PROVIDER delivers orders to the courier service within approximately 48 working hours. The PROVIDER is not responsible for any possible delivery delays caused by the courier service.
The PROVIDER will not send any order until it has verified that payment has been made by the USER.
Shipments to Spain (mainland) take approximately 24-48 business hours (Monday to Friday) once payment has been confirmed by the USER.
For international shipments, delivery time may be 4 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on the destination and the transport company indicated.
Once the package is delivered to the courier service, the USER will receive an SMS or email with the tracking number of the shipment. The PROVIDER will not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product or service does not take place, due to the data provided by the USER being false, inaccurate or incomplete. In these cases, the PROVIDER will refund the price of the products, but not the corresponding shipping costs.
En los supuestos de que el USUARIO quiera devolver los productos de forma voluntaria, es decir, sin que se hayan detectado defectos o irregularidades en los mismos, se reembolsará al cliente el importe de los productos devueltos menos los gastos de devolución (3,70€).
Delivery will be considered to have been made when the carrier has made the products available to the USER and the latter, or his/her delegate, has signed the delivery receipt document.
3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The USER will have a minimum period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw, from the day the customer receives the product, without penalty and without indicating the reasons.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be made by notification via telephone communication to +34 622 445 133, by sending an email to limonchillonpets@gmail.com
Unless the return is due to defects in the product, the PROVIDER will refund the customer the amount of the returned product less the return costs. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
Under no circumstances will changes and/or returns be made for purchases of personalized products.
The right of withdrawal cannot be applied in the following cases:
- 1. If the product is not presented in perfect condition.
- 2. If the product packaging is not original or is not in perfect condition.
- 3. When the product is opened and it cannot be proven that it has not been used.
- 4. When they are personalized products.
The user will not be able to cancel an order once it has been confirmed.

5. RIGHT TO NOT ACCEPT AN ORDER
The PROVIDER may cancel any confirmed order or not accept an order placed for the following reasons:
- In the event of a technical error and/or a typographical error in the prices or other product data contained on the Website when the order was placed.
- Due to lack of availability.
- When security systems indicate that the order may be fraudulent.
- When there are reasons indicating that the client is a minor.
- When the PROVIDER has not been able to deliver the order to the address provided by the customer.
- If there is a computer attack, virus or any event beyond reasonable control (force majeure).
- In case of a payment error.
In such cases, the PROVIDER will fully reimburse the amounts that have been paid.
6. FORCE MAJEURE
In the event that, due to circumstances of force majeure, a product is not available after the purchase has been made, the PROVIDER will inform the User by email of the total cancellation.
The PROVIDER is not responsible for delays in the delivery of orders, or for the impossibility of carrying them out when the cause is due to an event of force majeure, and therefore, beyond our control. Among other causes, we understand that there is force majeure in the following cases, but without limitation: accidents; strikes; riots, terrorist threats or attacks; fire or explosion; meteorological causes or natural disasters such as storms, floods, earthquakes, subsidence, epidemics; problems beyond our control in the means of transport or telecommunications systems.
To the extent possible, once the cause of impossibility or delay has ended, the PROVIDER will do everything possible to resume its business activities and be able to fulfill its obligations and shipments.
7. COMPETENCE
The USER may not assign, transfer or transmit the rights, responsibilities and obligations contracted in the sale.
If any provision of these conditions is deemed void or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remainder shall not be affected in any way, nor shall they be modified in any way.
The USER declares to have read, know and accept these General Conditions in their entirety.
8. GENERALITIES OF THE OFFER
All sales and deliveries made by the PROVIDER shall be deemed to be subject to these General Conditions.
9. PRICE AND VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE OFFER
The prices indicated for each product include Value Added Tax (VAT) or other taxes that may be applicable. These prices, unless expressly stated otherwise, do not include shipping, handling, packaging, shipping insurance or any other additional services attached to the product or service purchased.
The prices applicable to each product are those published on the website and will be expressed in EURO currency. THE USER assumes that the economic value of some of the products may vary in real time.

11. PAYMENT METHODS, CHARGES AND DISCOUNTS
Accepted payment methods are:
1. PAYPAL:
The USER will be redirected to the PayPal website using its secure payment platform. Once the payment process has been completed, the USER will be redirected back to the PROVIDER's website. Once in PayPal, the USER can make the payment with a PayPal account or with a credit card. In no case will cash on delivery be accepted through the PayPal website.
Paypal may retain an amount as a deposit or insurance when trying to make a purchase with the card on the PayPal platform. The collection of this amount does not guarantee that the purchase has been made.
2. VISA, VISA OR MASTERCARD CREDIT or DEBIT CARD.
All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on the standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology.

12. APPLICABLE WARRANTIES
All our products have the commercial guarantee of the supplier. Therefore, if the product is defective, the SUPPLIER will be responsible for collecting it and exchanging it for the correct one, taking charge of the costs associated with this return and exchange.
In order to manage the incident, we need you to notify us by email at guau@mypugandco.com indicating:
The reason for the incident, the order number (essential to locate the purchase), the delivery note and photos of the damaged or incorrect product so that we can assess the situation. To exercise the warranty right, the purchase receipt or delivery note must be available.
It is important for you to know that our warranty does not cover:
- a) Negligent or violent use of the product.
- b) Damage resulting from handling or intervention of the product.
13. RETURNS
The first peninsular return by size change is free .
In the return for Product exchange or money refund the return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
During the sales of Black Friday, 3 for 2 Special Offer, Sales Season, or Discounted Products, return costs will be borne by the buyer, with an amount of €4.95 in case of size/product change and €4.00 if a refund is requested.
In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, to avoid problems during transport, please ensure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check their condition. Once we verify that both the item(s), as well as any components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the money paid for the products purchased or send the new product for which the return is being made.

14. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The relationship between the USER and the PROVIDER shall be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish territory. If any dispute arises, the parties may submit their conflicts to arbitration or resort to ordinary jurisdiction in compliance with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard. The PROVIDER has its registered office in LOGROÑO, Spain.
Products with a discount on their original price
Products with a discount on their original price are all those products purchased with discount codes, with a catalogue discount on their original price during the period of time indicated above.
Changes
For these products, only 1 exchange for another size (larger or smaller regardless) of the same product purchased or a different product will be allowed, not being possible to make more than one exchange on the same product. If it is not possible to make the requested size change, for any reason, the product will be returned in exchange for the final amount paid for the product, excluding the amount paid for "Shipping". The exchange period for these products will be 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. In order to be exchanged, the product must be in perfect condition (unused) and retain its original packaging.
Returns
The return period for these products will be 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. To be eligible for return, the product must be in perfect condition (unused) and retain its original packaging.
